Taco Rice Skillet Recipe
- 2 (1 cup) pouches frozen BOCA Meatless Ground Burger
- 2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
- 2 cups water
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup Mexican-style shredded cheese
- COOK burger in large nonstick skillet as directed on package.
- ADD rice, water, tomato and taco seasoning mix; stir until well blended. Bring to boil. Sprinkle with cheese; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.
- SERVE topped with shredded lettuce and other taco toppings, if desired.
