Taco Mac n Cheese Recipe
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 3 tablespoons Archer Farms™ Taco Seasoning
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 (7.25 ounce) package Market Pantry ™ original macaroni and cheese
- 1 cup Market Pantry shredded taco-flavored Mexican cheese blend
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup chopped tomato
- 1/4 cup Market Pantry sour cream
- Cook macaroni and cheese according to package directions.
- Brown ground beef in large skillet; drain. Stir in taco seasoning and water. Cook an additional 1 to 2 minutes or until water has evaporated.
- Spread macaroni and cheese over beef. Top with Mexican cheese blend, lettuce, tomato and sour cream.
