Szechuan Peppercorn Steak Au Poivre Recipe

  • 1 (14 ounce) New York strip steak
  • 3 tablespoons Greatfood Szechuan peppercorn
  • 1 teaspoon Greatfood Fleur de Sel
  • 2 pinches granulated garlic
  1. Season each side of steak with 1 pinch of granulated garlic. Season well with Fleur de Sel. Press Szechuan peppercorns into the meat well.
  2. Grill or pan sear to your liking. Serve with crumbles Greatfood blue cheese on top or with a brandy cream sauce.
