- 1 (14 ounce) New York strip steak
- 3 tablespoons Greatfood Szechuan peppercorn
- 1 teaspoon Greatfood Fleur de Sel
- 2 pinches granulated garlic
- Season each side of steak with 1 pinch of granulated garlic. Season well with Fleur de Sel. Press Szechuan peppercorns into the meat well.
- Grill or pan sear to your liking. Serve with crumbles Greatfood blue cheese on top or with a brandy cream sauce.
