Swiss Vegetable Bake Recipe

  • 1 (26 ounce) can Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 2/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 (16 ounce) bags frozen vegetable combination (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
  • 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • 2 2/3 cups French's® French Fried Onions
  1. Mix soup, sour cream and black pepper. Stir in vegetables, 1 1/2 cups cheese and half the onions. Spoon into 3-quart shallow baking dish. Cover.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Stir.
  3. Sprinkle remaining cheese and onions on top. Bake 5 minutes.
