- 6 cups Swiss chard, shredded
- 1 cup Carb Options™ Caesar Dressing
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
- In a large skillet or pot, over medium-high heat, bring the dressing to a boil. Add the Swiss chard and toss until just wilted.
- Remove from heat, cover and let steam another minute or two.
- Garnish with Parmesan cheese (shredded is better than grated).
