Swiss Chard Caesar Recipe

  • 6 cups Swiss chard, shredded
  • 1 cup Carb Options™ Caesar Dressing
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
  1. In a large skillet or pot, over medium-high heat, bring the dressing to a boil. Add the Swiss chard and toss until just wilted.
  2. Remove from heat, cover and let steam another minute or two.
  3. Garnish with Parmesan cheese (shredded is better than grated).
