- 2 ripe avocados from Mexico, peeled and pitted
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon low-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
- 4 slices cinnamon bread
- Combine avocados, cinnamon, cream cheese and honey in a blender; blend until smooth.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Spread on cinnamon bread, or any bread or bagel of your choice.
