- 200g/7oz turkey breast, chopped
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp runny honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 50g/1¾oz new potatoes, thinly sliced
- 50g/1¾oz green beans, trimmed
- ½ carrot, peeled, cut into ribbons
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- For the turkey, place the turkey pieces into a large bowl along with all of the other ingredients except the sesame seeds and mix well to combine.
- Heat a wok over a high heat, place the turkey into the wok and stir fry for 3-4 minutes. Add the sesame seeds to the wok and cook for a further minute.
- Meanwhile, for the vegetables, bring a medium saucepan of salted water to the boil, place the potatoes into the pan and boil for 3-4 minutes.
- Add the beans to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes, then add the carrots and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until all of the vegetables are tender.
- Drain the vegetables and transfer to a bowl. Pour over the oils and mix well to coat the vegetables.
- To serve, place the vegetables onto a plate with the turkey stir-fry on top.
