- 1 bunch asparagus (cut about 1 to 1 1/2-inch off the base of stem)
- 3 tablespoons refrigerated Archer Farms™ Toasted Sesame Ginger dressing
- 1/4 cup Salad Pizazz Orange Cranberry Almondine
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 6 (10 to 12 inch) metal skewers
- Heat grill.
- Place 2 skewers horizontally through about 10 asparagus pieces.
- Brush grill rack with vegetable oil. Cover and grill asparagus for 8 to 10 minutes, turning once. Transfer to serving platter. Immediately drizzle with dressing, sprinkle with salad topping and green onions.
