Superfood Green Smoothie Recipe

  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1 cup shredded kale
  • 1/2 pear, cut into chunks
  • 1/2 large ripe banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/3 cup plain yogurt
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 2 tablespoons ground flax seeds
  • 1/2 cup brewed green tea, chilled, or more to taste
  1. Combine spinach, kale, pear, banana, blueberries, yogurt, ice cubes, and ground flax seeds in a blender; pour in tea. Blend on high until mixture is smooth. Mix with a wooden spoon to redistribute ingredients if needed.
