- 2 clementines, peeled and segmented
- 1 apple, cored and cut into chunks
- 1/2 avocado – peeled, pitted, and diced
- 2 tablespoons flax seeds
- 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- Blend almond milk, oats, strawberries, blueberries, clementines, apple, avocado, flax seeds, honey, coconut oil, and chia seeds together in a blender until smooth, 30 to 60 seconds.
