Super Green Tea Smoothie Recipe

  • 1 cup brewed green tea (such as Gold Peak®), chilled
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 kiwi, peeled
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 banana, broken into chunks and frozen
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  1. Combine tea, spinach, kiwi, avocado, banana, and ginger in a blender. Blend until smooth.
