Super-Good Oatmeal Recipe

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon wheat germ
  • 1 teaspoon flaxseed oil
  • 1/4 cup soy milk
  1. Mix the oats and water and microwave on medium power for 5 minutes. Stir in the honey, wheat germ, and flax oil. Top with the soy milk.
