- 8 ounces penne pasta
- 4 cups assorted vegetable pieces (such as zucchini, yellow squash, bell pepper, mushrooms and onions)
- 4 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 3 teaspoons McCormick® Grill Mates® Montreal Chicken Seasoning, divided
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Toss vegetables with 1 tablespoon oil and 1 teaspoon Grill Mates(R) Montreal Chicken Seasoning. Place vegetables in a grill basket or on skewers; grill until tender, about 8-10 minutes, turning frequently.
- Combine balsamic vinegar, remaining oil and remaining Grill Mates(R) Montreal Chicken Seasoning in a large bowl. Add cooked pasta and vegetables and toss well. Serve warm or chilled.
