Sunrise Tacos Recipe

  • 1 (8 ounce) package KRAFT Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Taco Shell
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Thick 'N Chunky Salsa
  1. Cut cheese into 1/4-inch-thick slices; cut each slice diagonally in half to form 2 triangles. Set aside. Cook eggs in nonstick skillet until set, stirring occasionally. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. Fill taco shell with scrambled eggs. Place cheese triangles in shell to resemble sunrise. Serve topped with salsa.
