Sunrise Tacos Recipe
- 1 (8 ounce) package KRAFT Cheddar Cheese
- 2 eggs
- salt and pepper
- 1 TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Taco Shell
- 1 (16 ounce) jar TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Thick 'N Chunky Salsa
- Cut cheese into 1/4-inch-thick slices; cut each slice diagonally in half to form 2 triangles. Set aside. Cook eggs in nonstick skillet until set, stirring occasionally. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Fill taco shell with scrambled eggs. Place cheese triangles in shell to resemble sunrise. Serve topped with salsa.
