- 1/4 pound sushi-grade tuna, diced
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 pint strawberries, diced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small lime
- 1 French baguette, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Toss tuna, avocado and strawberries in a large bowl with 1 Tbsp. of oil and juice of one lime.
- Brush baguettes with remaining oil and broil in oven for about 3 minutes, or until lightly brown.
- Spread tuna mix on baguettes and serve immediately.
