Summertime Bruschetta Recipe

  • 1/4 pound sushi-grade tuna, diced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 pint strawberries, diced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small lime
  • 1 French baguette, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Toss tuna, avocado and strawberries in a large bowl with 1 Tbsp. of oil and juice of one lime.
  2. Brush baguettes with remaining oil and broil in oven for about 3 minutes, or until lightly brown.
  3. Spread tuna mix on baguettes and serve immediately.
