Summer sundaes Recipe

  • 50g/2oz rolled oats
  • 50ml/2fl oz orange juice
  • 1 tsp sunflower seeds
  • 1 tsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 small banana, sliced
  • 60g/2Âźoz Greek-style yoghurt
  • 60g/2Âźoz mixed berries
  1. Mix the oats, orange juice, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds together in a bowl and set aside for 15 minutes, or until the oats have soaked up all the juice.
  2. Divide the oat mixture between two small glasses, then add a layer of banana. Spoon in the yoghurt, then top with the berries.
