Summer Grilled Chicken Recipe

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1 teaspoon Archer Farms™ Italian seasoning
  • 3 large Roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons refrigerated pesto sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Market Pantry™ balsamic vinaigrette dressing
  • 1/8 teaspoon Market Pantry salt
  1. Heat grill.
  2. Sprinkle chicken with Italian seasoning.
  3. When ready to grill, place chicken over medium heat and cover. Grill for 6 to 8 minutes or until thoroughly cooked, turning once.
  4. Meanwhile, In small bowl, stir together tomatoes, pesto, vinaigrette and salt. Serve tomato mixture over cooked chicken.
