- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 teaspoon Archer Farms™ Italian seasoning
- 3 large Roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 2 tablespoons refrigerated pesto sauce
- 1 tablespoon Market Pantry™ balsamic vinaigrette dressing
- 1/8 teaspoon Market Pantry salt
- Heat grill.
- Sprinkle chicken with Italian seasoning.
- When ready to grill, place chicken over medium heat and cover. Grill for 6 to 8 minutes or until thoroughly cooked, turning once.
- Meanwhile, In small bowl, stir together tomatoes, pesto, vinaigrette and salt. Serve tomato mixture over cooked chicken.
