Summer Fruit Flavored with Orange and Mint Recipe

  • 2 cups cubed seeded watermelon
  • 2 cups cubed cantaloupe
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1/3 cup Cointreau or other orange-flavored liqueur
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint, or to taste
  1. Place fruit in a non-aluminum bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, stir together orange liqueur and honey. Pour over fruit and toss well. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.
  3. Before serving, sprinkle with mint and toss lightly.
