Stuffed mushroom Recipe

  • 1 large flat mushroom
  • ¼ mushroom, finely chopped
  • 85g/3oz white breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 50g/1¾oz grated Edam cheese
  • handful flatleaf parsley
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  1. Mix the ¼ mushroom, breadcrumbs, garlic, Edam, parsley and oil together and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Fill the whole mushroom with this stuffing and bake in the oven for ten minutes.
  3. Serve.
