Strawberry Meringue Trifle Recipe

  • 1 (3.4 ounce) package Market Pantry™ instant vanilla pudding & pie filling mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 (8 ounce) container Market Pantry™ frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 (5 ounce) package chocolate mini meringues
  • 4 cups sliced strawberries
  1. Prepare pudding mix using milk as directed on package; stir in whipped topping. Reserve 6 meringue cookies; set aside.
  2. Place half of remaining cookies in bottom of a 2-quart trifle bowl or other deep glass serving bowl. Top with half of the berries and half of the pudding mixture. Repeat layers ending with the pudding mixture.
  3. Crumble reserved cookies and sprinkle on top. Trifle can be prepared up to two hours before serving.
