- 125ml/4fl oz double cream
- 2 tbsp natural yoghurt
- 4 tsp icing sugar
- 4 large strawberries, mashed
- 1 ready-made meringue nest
- Whisk the cream in the bowl until soft peaks form when the whisk is removed.
- Whisk in the yoghurt and icing sugar. Stir in the strawberries.
- Crush the meringue into the bowl and stir together gently.
- Transfer the mixture to a freezerproof container and freeze for at least two hours.
- Allow to soften slightly before serving.
