- 2 tablespoons oats
- 4 ice cubes
- 1 small banana
- 1/2 avocado, peeled and pitted
- 2 strawberries, hulled, or more to taste
- 1 cup carrot juice
- 1 (5.3 ounce) container banana cream yogurt (such as Oikos®)
- Grind oats in a blender into a powder-like consistency. Add ice cubes; pulse until ground. Add banana, avocado, and strawberries; blend until smooth. Pour in carrot juice and yogurt; blend until combined.
