- 2 quarts ripe strawberries, with stems
- 1/2 cup bourbon
- 1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
- Wash the strawberries and leave the stems attached. Drain.
- Place the berries, bourbon, and confectioners’ sugar in separate bowls. Dip the berries in the bourbon and then in the sugar. Serve, accompanied with the whipped cream.
