- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
- 1 pint strawberries
- 2 ripe bananas, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup dried unsweetened coconut
- Heat the coconut milk in a small saucepan until almost boiling. Take the milk off the heat, add the chocolate chips, cover, and let stand for 2 or 3 minutes.
- Uncover and add the vanilla and maple syrup. Whisk until smooth.
- Divide the strawberries and bananas among 4 dessert bowls or tall parfait glasses. Drizzle the chocolate sauce over each serving and then sprinkle with a tbsp. of coconut.
