Stir-Fry Chicken Lo Mein Recipe

  • 1 (22 ounce) package Tyson® Grilled and Ready® Fully Cooked Frozen Grilled Chicken Breast Strips
  • 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cups frozen sweet pepper stir-fry
  • 2/3 cup stir-fry sauce
  • 1 pound linguine, prepared according to package directions
  1. Prepare Grilled & Ready(R) Frozen Grilled Chicken Breast Strips according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook and stir mushrooms in hot oil for 4 minutes. Add sweet pepper; cook and stir for 2 minutes. Add chicken and stir-fry sauce; cook and stir until heated through. Serve over hot cooked linguine.
