Stir-fried broccoli with chilli and garlic Recipe

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • ½ head broccoli, cut into florets
  • ½ tsp chilli flakes
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • soy sauce, to serve (optional)
  1. Heat the olive oil in a wok over a high heat. Add the garlic, broccoli and chilli flakes and stir fry for 5-6 minutes.
  2. Add the soy sauce, and season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  3. To serve, place the stir-fried broccoli onto a serving plate with a dipping dish of soy sauce on the side if desired.
