- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- ½ head broccoli, cut into florets
- ½ tsp chilli flakes
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- soy sauce, to serve (optional)
- Heat the olive oil in a wok over a high heat. Add the garlic, broccoli and chilli flakes and stir fry for 5-6 minutes.
- Add the soy sauce, and season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- To serve, place the stir-fried broccoli onto a serving plate with a dipping dish of soy sauce on the side if desired.
