Stir-Fried Baby Bok Choy Recipe

  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 1 large clove garlic
  • 2 pounds baby bok choy
  • 1 tablespoon Chinese light soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
  1. Heat oil in a wok over high heat. Add garlic and stir-fry until golden, about 1 minute. Add greens, soy sauce, sesame seeds, and salt and pepper to taste, and continue to stir-fry until firm yet tender, about 3 minutes.
