- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 1 large clove garlic
- 2 pounds baby bok choy
- 1 tablespoon Chinese light soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- Heat oil in a wok over high heat. Add garlic and stir-fry until golden, about 1 minute. Add greens, soy sauce, sesame seeds, and salt and pepper to taste, and continue to stir-fry until firm yet tender, about 3 minutes.
