- 2 figs
- 2tsp fresh thyme leaves
- 50g/1žoz Stilton
- 2x 25g/1oz strips ready-rolled packet puff pastry
- 2 sprigs flatleaf parsley
- Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6.
- Cut a criss-cross cut into the top of each of the figs and press the sides to open out.
- Stuff equal amounts of the thyme and Stilton into the open figs.
- Wrap the ready-made puff pastry strips around the figs. Place on a baking sheet and place in the oven to bake for ten minutes, or until the cheese is golden and melted.
- To serve place the figs in the centre of a plate with a parsley sprig to garnish.
