- 1 1/2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1 avocado, pitted, peeled, and diced
- 1 large tomato, coarsely chopped
- 1 (4 ounce) can green chile peppers, chopped
- 1/4 cup black olives, chopped
- 3/4 cup Italian dressing
- Mix together the cheese, onions, avocado, and tomato in a bowl. Add the chiles, olives, and dressing. Stir and serve immediately, or chill until ready to use.
