Steamed Asian Cod with Rice Recipe

  • 1 cup uncooked Market Pantry™ rice
  • 1 1/3 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon Archer Farms ™ butter
  • 1 (8 ounce) package refrigerated sesame ginger sauce
  • 1 (16 ounce) package Archer Farms frozen Alaskan cod fillets, thawed
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  1. Cook rice according to package directions.
  2. In large skillet, combine ginger sauce and cod fillets. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low. Cover and cook for 8 to 9 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with fork. Sprinkle with green onions. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
