  • 2 cups ice
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons vanilla-flavored syrup
  • 1 tablespoon powdered non-dairy creamer
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons green tea powder (matcha)
  • 1/8 teaspoon xanthan gum
  1. Blend ice, milk, vanilla syrup, coffee creamer, green tea powder, and xanthan gum in a blender until smooth, 20 to 40 seconds.
