- 3 tablespoons aged rum
- 1 tablespoon orange liqueur
- 1 1/2 tablespoons passion fruit nectar or juice
- 1/2 tablespoon Sambuca
- 1/2 fluid ounce Sprite
- Organic rose petal, for garnish (optional)
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the rum, orange liqueur, passion fruit nectar and Sambuca, and shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass, top with Sprite and garnish with the rose petal.
