- 1 large English cucumber
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- salt to taste
- Remove cucumber ends with a sharp knife. Cut the cucumber into thin, spaghetti-like strands using the “C” blade on a spiralizer; collect cucumber in a bowl. Trim cucumber spirals to desired length.
- Whisk lemon juice and chili powder together in a small bowl. Pour over the cucumber; toss until coated. Season with salt.
