Spinach Lasagna Recipe

  • 1 (16 ounce) package BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Lowfat Cottage Cheese
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
  • 3 cups KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Reduced Fat Mozzarella Cheese, divided
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 (26 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce, divided
  • 9 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix cottage cheese, spinach, 2 cups of the mozzarella cheese, 1/4 cup of the Parmesan cheese and eggs.
  2. Layer 1 cup of the spaghetti sauce, 3 lasagna noodles and 1/2 of the cottage cheese mixture in 13×9-inch baking dish. Repeat layers. Top with remaining 3 noodles, sauce, 1 cup mozzarella cheese and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.
  3. Bake 45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
