- 1 (16 ounce) package Archer Farms™ frozen ahi tuna steaks, thawed
- 2 tablespoons Archer Farms™ hot chili pineapple grill sauce
- 1 tablespoon Archer Farms™ creamy natural peanut butter
- Heat grill. Rinse tuna steaks with cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
- Mix pineapple sauce and peanut butter in small bowl. Spread half of sauce on 1 side of tuna.
- Place tuna, sauce side down, on grill over medium heat. Spread remaining sauce on top side of tuna. Cover and cook 10 to 12 minutes, turning once, or until fish flakes easily with fork.
