  • 3/4 cup dry white wine
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 habanero pepper, seeded and minced (use gloves)
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh sage
  • 3 rosemary sprigs, stripped and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
