- 4 cups shredded green cabbage
- 2 cups shredded red cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrot
- 1 1/2 cups salsa
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- In a large bowl, combine the green and red cabbages, carrot, salsa, sugar, vinegar, and cilantro. Cover the salad, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
