- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (e.g. Tabasco™)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- In a medium bowl, stir together the sour cream, buttermilk, horseradish, hot pepper sauce, and pepper. Transfer to a jar, cover, and store in the refrigerator until needed.
