- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 3/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 (12 ounce) porterhouse steaks
- 2 portabella mushroom caps
- Mix spices and seasonings together in a bowl; portion out four equal piles (one for each side of steak).
- Pre-heat grill on medium heat; rub steaks with spices, coat grill with thin layer of olive oil. Cook steaks 5-7 minutes per side.
- Grill portabella caps on coated grill, 3-5 minutes per side.
- Serve hot and devour!
