- 1 tablespoon lemon juice from concentrate
- 1 tablespoon water
- 2 teaspoons white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, or more to taste
- Combine cilantro, onion, tomato, jalapeno pepper, peanuts, lemon juice, water, vinegar, salt, and cayenne pepper in a blender or food processor; puree until well mixed.
