Spicy Beef Nacho Bake Recipe

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 (6 ounce) bag Birds Eye® Recipe Ready Jalapeno Peppers
  • 1 (15.5 ounce) jar chunky salsa
  • 3 cups corn tortilla chips, crushed and divided
  • 3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Brown ground beef with Recipe Ready Jalapeno Peppers in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; drain fat.
  3. In 11×7-inch casserole dish combine beef mixture with salsa, half the chips and 2 cups cheese. Top with remaining chips and cheese.
  4. Bake uncovered 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and top is golden brown.
