Spiced Mango Lassi Recipe

  • 1 1/2 cups diced peeled pitted mango (about 1 1/2 large)
  • 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1/4 cup low-fat (1%) milk
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 2 mango wedges or slices (for garnish)
  1. Combine diced mango, yogurt, 1 cup ice cubes, milk, honey, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and ground cardamom in blender. Puree until smooth. Pour smoothie into 2 glasses. Garnish each glass with mango wedge and serve.
