- 1 1/2 cups ketchup
- 1/2 teaspoon ground mace
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- Whisk all ingredients in small bowl to blend. DO AHEAD: Can be made 1 week ahead. Cover and chill.
