- 1 cup whole shelled (unpeeled) almonds
- 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Toss almonds with oil, cumin, salt and cayenne pepper in a pie pan. Bake, stirring occasionally, until fragrant and lightly toasted, 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool.
