- 1 (6.8 ounce) package Spanish-flavored rice
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cooked chicken, (from an Archer Farms oven-roasted chicken)
- 3/4 cup Archer Farms™ bean dip
- 3/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 6 (10 inch) tortillas, heated
- Cook rice according to package directions with tomatoes. Stir in chicken during the last 5 minutes of cooking time.
- On tortilla, layer 2 tablespoons bean dip, about 3/4 cup chicken and rice mixture, and 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro leaves.
- Fold in sides of tortilla and roll from bottom to create a burrito.
