- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
- 8 cups cooked spaghetti squash
- 1 cup shredded Gruyere cheese
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Mince together 2 cloves garlic and 1 Tbsp fresh parsley. Layer 2 cups cooked spaghetti squash, one-quarter of the garlic-parsley mixture, and 1/4 cup Gruyere cheese in large baking dish coated with cooking spray. Repeat 3 more times. Bake 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
