  • 1/4 cup hot pepper sauce
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon Morton® Nature's Seasons® Seasoning Blend
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 pounds chicken wings, cut at the joint, discard tips

  2. Bake at 425 degrees F for 30 minutes; turn and bake an additional 30 minutes, brushing frequently with reserved marinade, until brown and crisp. Drain.
  3. Preheat broiler or prepare grill. Place wings on broiler pan or directly onto grill. Broil or grill, 20 to 25 minutes, turning and brushing frequently with reserved marinade, until wings are brown and crisp.
  4. Bring reserved marinade to boil. Brush wings generously before serving. Serve with blue cheese dressing or salsa.
