- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (7 ounce) can diced green chiles, drained
- 2 cups prepared salsa
- 1 cup sour cream
- 16 (6 inch) corn tortillas, cut into strips
- 12 ounces cooked turkey, shredded
- 12 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Combine the chicken soup, mushroom soup, chilies, salsa and sour cream in a bowl.
- Line the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish with corn tortillas. Follow with a layer of turkey. Pour 1/2 of soup mixture over turkey, sprinkle 1/2 of the cheese. Repeat layers and top with Cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
