- 1 large banana chile pepper, seeded
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cumin
- 1 teaspoon oregano

- 4 (6 ounce) steaks
- Pour the lime juice, peppers, and spices into a blender and puree until chunky. Put the steak in an 8 x 8 inch baking dish, coat the meat with the chile mixture, and bake at 375 degrees F for 45 minutes, or until the steak's juices run clear.
