Southwest Layered Tuna Salad Recipe

  • 1 (10 ounce) bag Italian salad
  • 1 (7 ounce) pouch chunk light or albacore tuna
  • 1 (15.5 ounce) can Market Pantry™ black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 (10 ounce) package Market Pantry™ frozen corn, thawed
  • 1 cup Market Pantry™ lite ranch dressing
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar salsa
  • 1 1/2 cups Market Pantry™ shredded Cheddar cheese
  1. In large bowl with straight sides, layer half of salad, tuna, beans and dressing; repeat. Top with salsa and sprinkle with cheese.
  2. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.
